I recently was diagnosed with dumping syndrome and am NOT diabetic but having troubles with my sugars tanking to 50's and sometimes as low as down into the 30's. We are doing more tests to find out if anything else is going on. Does anyone have suggestions on how to manage with dumping syndrome. I had the sleeve done in Jan of 2013.

So its been two weeks sense my sleeve was done and im down 27 pounds sense I started the process 19 pounds sense surgery and im feeling good!!!

So my Sleve was done late last wensday night, I had to get my gallbladder removed due to compliations with it and a hernia repaired... I have been SOREEE but this week I am feeling alot better!!!

I was orig planned for feb 5th but dur to gallbladder issues its happening today -
So I had planned to get sleved 2/5 but due to my gallbadder making me very sick I found out yesterday I will be getting Sleved tomorrow!!!! So nervous and so many things to do!!!

I have started the process for the gastric sleve, very nervous about the process and the can and cant eats afterwards can I please get some advice
