I eat Tums like candy because Omeprazoles once or twice a day don't really help me. You will be fine to eat them. The high dose 1000mg ultra is my best friend all day and as soon as I lay down.

I am on stage 4 and I am 15 days out. It is weird because I can eat regular foods now besides veggies and grains of course. My first 3 days were clear liquids. Stage 2 was up to 7 days at full liquids. Stage 3 soft/ purée foods at 1-2 weeks. Stage 4, solid proteins.. I can't handle a lot.. Best food for me is snow or king crab. My belly loves that! Lol.

So I am sitting here watching Hachi the movie and won't stop crying.. Ahhh, does little things get you guys? I mean when he was a puppy I cried. Now I am at the point where the master died and I can't stop crying. I am crying while writing this, lmao.

I had it easy. 3 days clear liquid, then 4 days full liquids. At one week they said soft/ purée foods and 2-3 weeks I get to go back to pure protein foods..at 8 weeks I get to introduce veggies and 6 months grains.

I flipping loved that marathon yesterday. It gave me motivation to work harder! They need to have more shows like that. I vote that we write TLC.

It is now 10 days for me and I am 9 days post op. i have taking Miralax and Milk of Mag.. No go.. I am at the point that I am starting to kinda worry. I know I have been doing a lot of liquids but the doc now has me on soft foods since Monday. Going to my first post op appointment Friday, so I hope it happens before.

Has your doc. Said anything about it?

Do you get sharp pains in your belly too? Even if you inhale? Just curious.

I was sleeved 8 days ago and it still kinda hurts on the inside where my stomach is. Don't know if its usual or what.

Yup, it is normal. You are taking too big of gulps. Slow it down and sip.. You will be able to drink more day after day

I ate normal all the way until 2 days before then I did an extreme liquid diet. Enjoy your "last supper"

I didn't feel anything! I freaked out for nothing.

I myself would switch it to 4 days post op. I wasn't sitting comfortably only 2 days post op, 4 was much better.

Anyone else's energy levels really high now?

<p>I was sleeved on the 11th so one week ago today! Happy 1 weeker to all my 11th sleevers. I have lost 21lbs so far, 6 pre-op and 15lbs post. I feel soooo much better. I mean I noticed I even laugh more then I did pre, crazy. I have a lot more energy too, I think it is all of these Protein shakes. Today the doc has me starting soft mushy food and seafood so that is exciting. I went and bought $60 bucks worth of seafood, snacks and sides last night. After weighing it out and bagging I realized I bought 2 weeks worth of food. Ha, I would have NEVER only spent $60 bucks in 2 weeks before this. I mean I was a $20 dollar type of day kinda girl and more on weekends. I would just do the fast food life, so sad.. Glad I can put%

Are wraps supposed to make your skin more firm?

Who knows, I would rather be safe then sorry. If it helps out a little bit then that's awesome. Plus you get nice soft glowing skin afterwards. I would rather do it myself. Nothing wrong with putting extra vitamins on your skin.

I bought Loreal Revitalift. I hear nothing but good things about it.. It is fairly expensive so I will just use it on my face and neck. I also heard there is a Jergens skin firming lotion. I am going to look for that bad boy at Walgreens today.

Same surgery date as you also and I am down 14lbs. A lot of it is water but that was only for the first two days from what I noticed. How are you feeling?
