Hey everybody I m almost 7 months out my last weight nd for about a month now ive been 207 this is really discouraging me I need help someone plz help me get off this stall my doctor said I have to be 140 or less thats seem to be gettin hard. My startin weight last march was 316 nd on surgery day I was 287 so im down 109 plds. So body is trippin this is me the otha day dont mind my hair [ATTACH]9254[/ATTACH] Someone plz give me some advice plz.

Thats amazing I m still 207pld been since around xmas this is crazy nd painful to not see the.scalr movin at all but I startes back at the gym. Im goin tomorrow nd wednesday then break for v day then back friday so imma go four times a week. I have to be 198 by the 25 so.. about to do my 25 cruches push up and sit ups ttyl... I really hopes this start workin again cuz dis stall is crazziii...uuggghhh

Yes I hate that ive been like that too nd it is really scary afraid of the weight gain....

I get weight tuesday last time I checked I was 207 I so wish I down something tuesday ive been n a major long two month stall.... I gotta be 200 by 25tth wish me luck
