I felt the same way for the first few weeks or so after my sleeve.. I was like WTF did I do?! But I promise you it does get better!!! I am 8 months post and down 98 lbs so far and I feel amazing! You will feel better soon! Hang in there.

I'm vegan too, sleeved in February. I've had no problems with it at all, best thing I ever did for myself. I get plenty of vitamins and protein in my diet with fresh fruit and vegetables. Sometimes tofu also. i have one or two soy protein shakes a day, thinking of switching to hemp protein though. anyone ever try it? -
