4 months out and falling off wagon

I'm about 6 months out and thrilled that I've lost 50 pounds. Now I'm 5'8" and weigh 152 pounds. However, I'm in the same boat. I've started to struggle with bad habits resulting in a stall. Also, I know I'm not drinking enough but I can't seem to kick my butt into high gear. I guess it's back to basics:( -

I've never had that happen with me either. Actually, I've had the complete opposite. Feels like I've shut down if you know what I mean:) -
I get the same pain. I think it's our nerve endings growing back.

I'm April 3rd also and I've hit the dreaded stall too. I'm 5'8", started at 202 and down to 181. I'm happy with 21 pounds but I just wish it was more. I guess I'll just keep sipping:)

Do You Drink Coffee, How Much Weight Have You Lost?

I started drinking regular coffee one week after my surgery. Only one cup. I've given everything else up so I feel it couldn't hurt. Makes me feel normal. I'm 4 weeks post-op. -

I had my sleeve 5 days ago by Dr. Garcia and I had a bmi of 30 and it was not an issue. My recovery has been easy! Surgery in Wed and I went back to work on Mon! I should have done this years ago! Good luck! -
I just weighed myself 5 days post up and gained a pound! So happy to read that this is normal.

I'm curious to find out what made you choose Tijuana over Cancun. I'm choosing Cancun only because of the shorter flight but based on the fact so many are going to Tijuana, I'm wondering if I made the right choice. Any feedback would be great. Thanks.

That's great news. I'm scheduled for April 5th with Dr. Perez in Cancun. I'm a little nervous about flying back alone but knowing someone drove home after gives me hope.
