I'm 11 weeks pregnant and the nausea is almost painful and I've thrown up so hard I busted little capillaries veins on the surface of my skin, definitely everything is different with our new pouches I don't experience it like I used to. Are your periods regular? Mine were every 28 days after the surgery, I was lucky to have 4 a year before it. I missed my period and I knew I was, my boobs don't hurt like they did with the two previous pregnancies, so if you have kids before surgery everything is not going to be normal. At last what we expect. Just wait until after your missed period and take a test. I felt my boobs hurt before my period once I started having then regularly but not during my pregnancy lol weird. Nothing I just take 4 adult chewable Vitamins, try to get in fluids, and just hang on for the ride lol. I'm labeled high risk just because of the surgery. But really not doing anything different. I'm struggling with Fluid intake, my stomach hurts with the nausea, its not so bad now. This is very different from my other pregnancies. but my next ultrasound is August 23rd. Honestly ladies based on what I'm experiencing I don't know how I could gain even half of my weight with my stomach not giving, nausea, and just feeling over all blah. With blood volume increase, uterus, baby, possible Water weight I would suspect 25 to 30 lbs. Each baby I've had previously was 30 to 35lb gain. I'm pregnant too early, however my cravings have been much more manageable then before the surgery. I've been bouncing between 198 & 204 I've also had bowel issues due to Zofran, lost 3 lbs after a bowel movement. I love my new me, I hate that my energy is gone, I hate being sick. But I'm grateful for a fertility treatment free conception and miracle baby. I think in the long run as long as we are aware of what we eat we will be fine. I've had my days but I realize I'm not consuming my liquid. So I'm always tweaking but we have been through more difficult times than pregnancy no matter what you gain, after the first week of delivery just assume you will lose 15 lbs right away. Then as your uterus and blood volume decrease more weight loss. So you will for sure lose that weight. I don't worry, because I'm more concerned about getting my baby his/her needs met, my weight will come back off, just eating right and exercise! Sent from my EVO using VST

Ok so I'm extremely bloated, constipated, have tons of gas, and my pouch is so tight it can be painful to consume food. My jeans hate me lol they are tight, no weight gain. I needed to talk to the doc about a laxative. I'm thinking going back to strictly liquid with my shakes mashed fruits and veggies. I feel huge yet no weight gain. A little frustrated and making me consider not having another after this(which is still a few years away). But this pregnancy is definitely more difficult than my previous. More food isn't agreeing with my pouch, I'm having to relearn what's ok and what's not with foods that once agreed. Soften, I tried to get off of it, and I threw up two days in a row. Now don't be afraid. I'm sure my experience is unique to me. But just an informative journal so you ladies can get an idea what post sleeve pregnancy is like. Now a few things to consider, I am pregnant 8 months post OP, until the month before I got pregnant I had a great restriction anyway. I do crave unhealthy food but fried food doesn't work in my stomach, I get very ill. I love love love pancakes. But I can't get much of it in. I spend a lot of time eating yogurt, cheese and eggs. I boil my eggs because I cannot use butter in to cook my eggs. I have a cup of coffee in the morning and I'm denouncing carbs again because I let myself eat those before my restriction came back. Baby needs what I can get in. And it needs to be of value. So I'm bank to figuring this all out again. I may be criticized by a few. But if honesty helps the few who need it. I'm willing to endure the few on here that are holier than thou. (no pun intended towards God, but their attitudes because after this sleeve NO ONE is allowed to make a mistake smh). Ok my due date had been revised. Which is no surprise because ALL my children measured small in the beginning. So I'm due March 10th instead of February 28th. But it will be an automatic c section because both previous babies were, that means I shave one week off of the due date. My weight gain has been 0 in 7 weeks since conception. My restriction is that of it right after surgery. I don't want to eat but force feed myself. Popsicles have been my best friends. I'm sick from morning to night (which gives me comfort knowing I have symptoms lol), breasts are slowly getting sensitive, I have food aberrations to everything but then have cravings also but I don't know what I am craving. sleep comes and goes. I take my Vitamins and Calcium. I'm on Zofran for morning sickness. I'm hoping to avoid gestational diabetes. Doctor thinks its a good possibility I can avoid it He did list me as high risk pregnancy due to my Bariatric surgery, but I'm praying to the good Lord that's just a label and I have a healthy pregnancy. So my goal is to update weight gain/losses and any issues I might come upon that way all these questions most of us have can start being answered. I how that I can help others with this. Importantly we as sleevers need to remember that we will always have this tool its about choices, control, and loving ourselves enough to do the right things Sent from my EVO using VST

I would talk to him because you don't want to get pregnant and what your doing will reduce your pcos I'm pregnant and I had pcos, my first 28n cycle was in January after my surgery in Dec. So definitely need to get it if they don't then find a new gyn. Sent from my EVO using VST

Had to fertility babies before my surgery and the last round unsuccessful. They wouldn't do anything more until I lost a tin of weight. Finally decided on the surgery and now I'm pregnant (earlier than I should be). I've lost a total of 98 lbs. Ovid was my fertility issue. However, ours not anymore! Yep I'm only high risk because of the WLS. But from what I've found out, most woman go on to have perfectly normal and healthy pregnancies! Congrats! Sent from my EVO using VST

Here's the catch up on me I'm down almost 100lbs, found out I'm pregnant my restriction has come back to what its was right after surgery due to extremely harsh morning sickness. I'm on Zofran. Excited about the baby even though its happened early. No need to throw punches about the pregnancy. I've heard it from enough people. Burr my life is great I do my best to stay on course, I have mistakes, bad days and awesome days. I'm ready for my new life my third child. It wad worth the improvement in my marriage alone. I bought mine at Kroger but you can get them else where they are vitafusion multivites. Absolutely no bother. I love making sure others are as educated as I've become. And that was because I asked questions too! Any other questions feel free Sent from my EVO using VST

I take 4 adult chewable vitamins it had the folic acid in it I take two in the morning and two at night. It doesn't vary at all everything the same I still take Calcium chews and I've stopped my extra b vitamins Sent from my EVO using VST
