I had my surgery yesterday (10/23). I had/have a wonderful support system but still felt the same way. The hardest part so far has been getting down liquids. Today has already been 10xs better though. I think it's the best thing I've ever done & recommend it to anyone! I'm sending positive thoughts your direction and everyone else celebrating their new bday today!!!

I was sleeved yesterday morning by Dr. Broussard in OKC @ Weightwise. I cannot sing his praises enough. Comprehensive program. You are in it with them for the long haul. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do it. Love love love them. Good luck with your journey! Any ????-please feel free to ask!

Lol...yep definitely a new pep in my step! The more it comes off...the more so! As my brother said yesterday,"oh lawd...she's gonna be unstoppable!" Oh yes oh yes! I work in a hospital & have to wear a badge that was taken in March @ the beginning of my weight loss. Patients are now commenting--is that really you?! It's a great feeling. Makes all the Protein shakes & saying no to pizza worth it!

Good luck Aaron! U will love it. Dr. B truly is the best. I don't think I could've trusted my life/health with a better group of people! And the rooms at the hospital are great. keep us updated!

Hello all! I live in okc. 27 F. heaviest weight 329 lbs, surgery weight 282 lbs. Was sleeved this morning (10/23/12) with Dr. Broussard in Edmond. Love the entire program, surgeon, etc. So happy I did it & it's finally over with. Best decision I've made for myself-maybe ever. Good luck to all & I'll be happy to answer any questions. Also...since we are all in OK area....I'd love to have a clothes trade or sell etc as we are all starting at different sizes. Let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks! Take care.

Just had mine done today. It was a rough first day due to nausea from gas they pumped in to me for surgery. But about an hour ago, I finally turned the corner and feel sooooo much better. I'm so glad I did it & it's over with. Best thing I've done for myself. So excited for the both of you. Don't get discouraged with delays. My surgery was initially scheduled for sept. but it finally happened & I'm so happy I did it. Good luck to you both! I check in for surgery tomorrow morning (10/23) @ 7:45am cst! I am so excited & still in a little bit of disbelief! First day of the rest of my new life starts tomorrow.
