Oct 18th as well. Doing great, down 20lbs. Does seem a bit scary that things are going down so easy. Getting about 52-60 oz of fluids down a day. But my protein is good. Yesterday i actually got in 87 grams. I purchased the Isopure unflavored protein powder and have been putting it in all my cream soups, pudding and yogurt. Can get in about 3-6 oz of the thicker liquids. But an totally missing chewing food. I start pureed food next Tuesday so can't wait to eat something different but all I'd going great. Good luck to everyone... -

I was also sleeved on the 18th and pretty much only issue is fatigue. I also bought some unflavored Isopure Protein powder and have been putting it in my Soups, yogurt, pudding, etc.... To help me get the protein in. It has really helped. -

I was also sleeved on the 18th. I was feeling the hunger yesterday and have been handling all clear liquids great so I called my nutritionist and she told me to go ahead and move to full liquids and take it slow. It was great to have 3 oz of a protein shake at lunch and like 2.5oz of strained cream soup at supper. It is going down smooth. Good luck on your journey. -
I was also sleeved on Oct. 18th, with Dr Kim in Dallas and he was great. The hospital and staff were wonderful. So far I'm doing great. My follow up is Friday. Good luck on your journey.

Drinking Too Much Too Fast?
#1golfer replied to imlosingit's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am also four days post OP and can drink 6 oz easily and quickly. I called my Dr this morning and the nurse said it was fine. She even told me I could go ahead and try like strained cream of mushroom soup if I wanted to slowly. So for days post OP I'm upgrading from clear liquids.
