@@bflyeffect7 I was sleeved by Dr. Moazzez in June! Best of luck! Have you been to any of the practices support group meetings? So far, I have not been free for any of those Mondays, but I am trying to make one if for no other reason to donate some unopened shakes and chewable vitamins!

Thanks! I think I am in good hands with him. They are the best at inova. I haven't made it to any support groups yet. I hope to find one more local so I'm not going to Fairfax so much as its about an hour away from me.

Heyyyy Everyone! I am getting sleeved on Dec 3. Start my Pre Op diet tomorrow (Pray for me!!!). It's all going to be worth it when I show up and show out this summer!!!

I get sleeved on Dec 4th and start my pre-op diet on Wednesday!

Yaay! I started today and it's actually not that bad. I think it's more in my head than anything. I plan to avoid thinking/smelling/looking at food like the plague

I am on Optifast. 4 shakes, a Soup and a bar a day. I can have SF popsicles and SF Jello...hopefully that will be my saving grace. I am COMMITTED to not cheat on thisl. I have Vanilla and I heard it sucked so I bought some Peach and Orange Crystal Lite to mix with the shake to take the edge off. Hopefully it works. Tomorrow is the first day, I will check in to tell you about on my progress.

I think your luckr to have soup and a bar. I'm drinking 5 shakes a day only. Like you i will try and not cheat but l know i will be walking around mad as hell. We have the same surgery date. Good luck and keep in touch.

Hello Everyone! I will be sleeved on Dec. 3!! I can't believe it is only two weeks away. I am nervous, overwhelmed and feeling about 50 other different emotions lol! I start my Pre Op two week liquid diet tomorrow...just so happens to fall on Thanksgiving so no Turkey for me but I am ok with that. I have had enough amazing Thanksgiving to last a lifetime... and I am trying to get away with it being my favorite holiday lol.

Its been a crazy month trying to fit these pre surgical testing and appointments, as well as tying up loose ends at work while I will be out. But its all going to be worth it...I can't wait to get things moving and start living a new life. This summer I will be beach ready!!!
