Sleeved October 29 - Down 30lbs in 5 weeks... Just trying to get all this fluid in!!! I wonder if these Dr.s ever attempted to drink 64ozs of fluid feeling like there's an egg stuck in your throat? Just sayin'! -

They fill your belly with air to easily maneuver around your organs thats why you have alot of gas. I agree with the other posters... Only thing that helps is Walk... Walk... Walk.... Also, my Dr (I know they're all different) told me to take 2 Tums 3x a day.. And it really helped!! I would time myself and just walk around my house for 15 minutes 3 x a day! It's gets better really fast!! -
Are you drinking enough water? Dr told me yesterday that if I don't hydrate enough my body will go into hoarding mode and store unwanted pounds. It's our bodies way of protecting itself from starvation.

First Day Of "soft" Food... Already Not Going Well...

Three weeks out... I ate 1 oz of puréed ground beef tonight... No problem. Lump crabmeat Dr said fine not to purée .... Dark meat chicken... 1 oz no problems. Scrambled egg.... NOT good for me it felt like it was stuck in my throat:-( my Fav shakes ready made "Oh Yeah" taste like a Wendy's frosty!! Yummy!!! -

Sleeved Oct. 29, I just bought a Magic Bullet and it Wks great. I'm still puréeing foods like ground round, ham, eggs, crawfish and my Fav (because I don't have to purée) lump crabmeat.
