Hi all, first post so apologies if its the wrong place!
Basically, i'm down a load of weight and i've still got a huge ass and CHUNKY legs. I'm worried they'll remain that way when i reach my goal. Most of my weight goes on my bum and legs but i've noticed they've not changed much in the almost 5months post op :s
Should i be doing certain exercises to shift the leg fat quicker? I walk ATLEAST 10,000 steps a day since im always busy with uni stuff. I was thinking maybe to do the stair exercises but not sure if it'll help!
