I got sleeved on the 11th of Oct. However my journey for weight loss have been a long one. I've tried everything Nut diets after diet trainer pills shakes. I would lose but gain it right back smh it was a very depressing cycle I couldn't move the way I use to couldn't play with my kids we had to rearrange family activities so I could participate. I had to suck it up and admit I couldn't do this on my own that's why I got sleeved.

I was sleeved on the 11th. I've been on clear liquids. No creamy soups yet its not allowed, I've been fantasizing and regretting all the things I didn't eat before surgery. I keep my eye on the BIG PRIZE getting the weight off in this first week I've lost 17.2lbs the hard work is paying off. Remember you didn't go through this for nothing!
