    I'm back on track after the holidays. I started a regular exercise routine with water aerobics and that helps my state of mind as well as my body. I need to now record my food again so I know if I'm getting my protein in or not. Sleeve date: Oct. 15. HW: 315; SW: 283; CW: 246

    I have been hungry, too. My doc increased my protein intake & calorie requirement. I still get hungry, but I don't feel bad about eating. It's such a small amount anyway. Protein, fiber, and fat make us full longer, so I try to focus on those. Hunger is natural. Learning how to manage hunger is the key. For me, eating several small meals a day helps me most.     Great advice! Thank you. I've used some frozen berries, but hadn't thought of the frozen banana. A friend of mine suggested protein powder mixed with whole wheat pancake mix for protein-packed pancakes. I might try that today. Sleeve date: Oct. 15. HW: 315; SW: 283; CW: 250

    Saw my surgeon today...kind of discouraged. My weight loss is good, but he wants me to increase my calorie intake to 1000! I'm at 800 now. I don't want to...I'm afraid I'll stop losing weight. He also wants me to increase my protein to 80 grams. I've been doing about 60. I'm so scared it won't work! I'm also sick of food. It's so limited what protein I can eat. I don't like eggs, pork, turkey, can't have soy or beef. Tired of chicken, fish, cheese, yogurt & beans. He wants me to go back on the protein drinks. Yuck!! It feels like a step backwards.   18. It sounds like everyone is struggling with liquids. I am, too. I ended up in the ER this weekend with kidney stones. The importance of drinking enough water is now completely understood. Kidney stones suck! My new plan is to drink 16 oz. of liquid when I wake up & between every meal. Hopefully that will be enough. Sleeve date: Oct. 15. <br />HW: 315<br />SW: 283<br />CW: 250
