    I suggest you have your thyroid levels checked and make sure you're drinking enough water. I was feeling fatigued, and my thyroid was low & I was dehydrated. My doc put me on thyroid pills & I increased my water & the pounds came off again & I feel great. Make sure you're getting enough protein, too. My doc says 80-90 grams per day.     Good for you! A size 14 is a great accomplishment. Check your measurements. Even if the scale isn't moving, you could be losing inches. You could try increasing your water & protien intake. That might get the scale moving again. Sleeve date: Oct. 15. HW: 315; SW: 283; CW: 235

    I'm kind of stuck, too. I so want to get below 200, but it seems so slow & I'm stuck at 235. It's annoying. I'm trying to stay positive. I have been coloring my hair. It seems fine.     The hardest part of this is breaking the emotional eating habit. The sleeve is your tool to do this. Pray, exercise, meditate... do anything but eat when you feel emotional.     Last week I didn't do so well. I ate chocolate and carbs. This week, I'm focusing on protein and not snacking. Go back to the basics if you feel you're getting off track. Go back to protein shakes if you have to. That's what I'm doing. I'm also back on my fitness pal recording my food. That really helps me stay on track. I think 10 in a month is totally doable.     It probably will be hard, but it will be worth it. I think that the doctors want to have realistic expectations, and that's fine, but I want to be healthy.     Just How Much Is Everyone Exercising?

    I do Water aerobics 3-4 times per week & walk 2o-30 minutes nearly every day. I'm 3 months out from surgery. In two weeks, I'll try snowshoeing. I tried some of the weight machines, but I hate them. I'd rather do what I love. .. I'm more likely to actually do it. At some point, I want to go back to spinning. I enjoyed that a long time ago & would love to get back to it. But I'll wait until I'm a bit stronger. Sleeve date: Oct. 15. HW: 315; SW: 283; CW: 240
