    I have arthritis and should not use products with Aspartame. I only use Sweet-N-Low it doesn't contain Aspartame.

    Hello, I'm also on my pre-op diet. I'm allowed 1000 calories a day which is 3 Protein shakes and one Lean Cuisine meal with between 200-230 calories. Drink plenty of sugar free non carbonated beverages. Good Luck to you!
