I just started to take some solid food... But Im worried since after i take 2 or 3 bites i feel full... It is normal? Just a few bites to get full? It seems i cant take enough food to get the nutrition i need..... Also despite I chew many times arround 25 i feel the food stuck in muy chest for almost 15 minutes... Its that normal? It will change after Some time??? Please help me im scared to have fear about eating =(

I've lost 61 pounds since the beginning... And 18 since my surgery on oct 13th. -
Im so happy and motivated I had my surgery 16 days ago and I've lost 18 lbs....

I was sleeved 13 days ago by Dr Aceves, the next day after surgery i felt fine, it seems I had no surgery, Dr A and his tedm are great, also de hospital is one of the best hospital in the city ( my family and me used to go to that hospital). Today I feel really good.... No pain, only few nausea when I tookmy vitamins.... I recommend 100% dr Aceves, he worth it. -
I lost 30 pounds before my appt witj surgeon, I just started walking 1 mile every day, taking2 eggs w/ham on breakfast with coffee, for lunch having a tuna sandwich w/green salad and a special k for dinner, for snack I had 100 calories almond pockets.

I just had my surgery 9 days ago with Dr Aceves in Mexicali, I really feel good, as Dr Aceves told me next day of my surgery "it seems that You had no surgery, you look happy"... I had no pain, the staff was really nice. Its hard spend the days only drinking liquids but Im working on it, I hope your experience will be as good as mine. -
