Im almost 5 mo post surgery... My hair start falling... The big problem is Ive had falling problems since almost 2 years but since a couple of days it got WORST.... It seems this is the "post surgery " losing hair stage... How long it will last????? Im not sure i have enough hair to survive this stage... Please advise...

I was too diagnised with low b12 and iron... Also low protein... =s. My nut prescribed me 1 shot of n complex and iron every week for one month. I left my protein shake... Thatsthe teason why im low on protein... I started again with shakes... I had no symtomps

I was on diet since may 23th... An to date od surgery oct 13th I had lost 43 lbs...and after surgery I have lost70 lbs... I just reach 220 lbs!! =) -

I wont lie you ... the first month is the hardest... Maybe you'll regret.. I did it... But after one mo things improved.... Im 3 mo post surgery and I feel great... I sleep better... Im not tired all the time... It is better and better... You can everything in small portions.. I have a long road to work but it worth a lot!!! -

I was sleevef on Oct 13th.. Lost 35 pounds post op and 43 pre op... How much has you lost...??? Im not sure if 35 pounds is a good lost...

That is not true.. Im 6 weeks post op I staryed with solids last sunday... I had a small portion of carne asada mmmh i have 3 times during the day it was fine.. I had turkey and stuffing on thanksgiving... You will be able to eat a "normal" food just small portions than you used to.

I was very hungry on the 3th day after surgery... It seems everyone is different... It was supposed i would not be hungry the firs 4-6 weeks but not... I was really hungry ... Im 6 weeks op.. I feel good now

I had problems with big pills... I changed calcium tablets for viactiv calcium (milkchocokate) and changed zinc for biotin liquid softgel... They are working fine -

Oct 13... Already lost 30 pounds... I ate a small portion if stuffing mashed potato and 3 bites of turkey.. More than i was hoping to eat.. But I feel good.. I really needed to eat my dinner.. -
