[font=comic sans ms, cursive][color=#0000ff][size=3][size=4]​I had surgery August 20, 2013[/size].[/size] August 30 I went to the ER with pain on my right side, abdomen and back. I had a CT scan it was abnormal. August 31 I went back into surgery doctor found that I had a leak and stomach content had abscessed over my diaphragm. He put in a JP drain. Pain was excruciating worst pain I have ever felt. On August 7 a stent was placed in my stomach to help close the leak. Oh yeah and August 6 a picc line was placed in my arm I was put on TPN. I had a CT scan or swallow test done once a week for the next two weeks. I was on TPN for 21 days and in the hospital for 28 days. On day 20 the stent was removed, I had a CT scan and came back normal no more leak. I was sent home August 29 with JP drain. September 2 I accidentally ripped out my JP drain (ouch). was put back in the hospital Sept. 3 for observation due to pain I was having in my back and shoulder. I had another CT scan no leak just a little fluid between ribs and lung left from pulling out JP drain. Today Oct. 17 2013 I'm feeling way better. Getting stronger and stronger everyday especially since my doctor started me on a full diet as tolerated this past Tuesday. [/color][/font]
