The day got better. For dinner I made chicken broth with real garlic and Italian spice. I can't believe how good it tasted. My husband is eating his dinner. I just couldn't stand to watch it. -

How tall are you? You never know. You might find yourself feeling so good and healthy that you do want to lose more. You can always do weights to gain muscle too. It seems like it's really not that hard to gain the weight back, so if you do lose more than you like, over time you would be able to get back to where you want to be.

Well good lord that's a full time job. I didn't even have to do it that much when I actually had pneumonia and was hospitalized.

Did anyone get an incentive spirometer to prevent pneumonia? Our nurse said we are supposed to do it ten times an hour for two weeks! I think that's kind if crazy.

We had a preop class at the surgeons office and I asked the dietician if she had heard that insurance covers Protein drinks. She actually laughed at me like I was crazy. I have UHC choice plus but I am not getting my hope up because they made me appeal three times to get approved for surgery! -

I'm on the 25th and feeling schizo! It's a roller coaster every day. I go from euphoria to tears. My poor husband. I'm taking three weeks off. My job is sedentary, but extremely stressful.
