The skin situation is definitely taking some getting used to! I am enjoying the fact that a lot, ok, all of my clothes have outgrew me! meanwhile My purse isn't enjoying it quite so much, but I'm finding a lot of things in sales, so its not quite as bad as it could have been.
Love being able to go in to new types of stores too!

From the word go I haven't allowed myself any bread products - partly due to the fact that I was told it was a no no, and the other part, as I go further along on this life experience, that many foods which are considered jumk foods are either mainly or wrapped in bread or the like - burgers, sandwiches, pizza, pastries, doughnuts.... I've stuck by this, and I'm glad - its just the sweet avenue that I've let slip with now and then.. and I need to stop.

I'm already on the list for a hernia op - I'm 17 months out and the same surgeon will be doing the op.
Now I've got Rotator Cuff Sydrome - problem with my shoulders which radiates to my arms - both arms are effected... and need to get them operated on. I heard its a 12 week recovery..
I've signed up for a mini walking marathon for June, but not sure if I will manage to do this now... wanted to join the gym to get some practice in, but won't manage to do that either.
Feeling a bit down today..

I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this. I do tend to think that a little exercise might help, but I also know what its like to feel tired and the last thing you want to do is get up and exercise when just walking to the bathroom can be a chore.. I get tired also,, if I don't take caffeine tablets (I know I shouldn't) I would/could sleep all day! I hope you get some good replies. Take care

well done - its an awesome feeling!

well done on your awesome weight loss - looking really good!!

I have hypertension, and with my surgery I actually got low blood pressure.. you need to talk to your surgeon about your concerns, but you are right, they are very experienced in these procedures.

wow, it is pricey! Can't say I've heard of it before. Will be interested to follow this and see if anyone has used it before.
My weight loss has slowed down since Christmas, and i'm finding that my skin seems to be tightening up a little on its own, rather than when I was losing at a faster pace.
I can deal with the skin on my butt, but what I hate is the bit under my chin..

My biggest challenge is the drinking... waiting half an hour before eating, and then half an hour afterwards...

So sorry to hear that, it must have been such a disappointment for you. As the others said, you are now well on your way to being healthier. I know its not easy, but you have done so well so far.
