I was self pay and it was about 3 weeks from my 1st visit to surgery - No pre-op diet - just had to get the blood work back from the lab and arrange the $$$ and that was it - I was concerned about missing the food - but so far 5 weeks into this it hasn't been a problem - just the 1st week of the liquid diet was a pain - after that fine. - good luck today with your surgery -
I've been using the Isagenix shakes - they have alot of protein and nutrients in them and Isagenix also has an unflavored whey protein powder that adds 20 extra grams of protein per scoop

I think I found something - I was at CostCo and they've got something called LiquiMax I think - liquid multi-vitamin - 11 dollars a bottle 32 oz - 1 oz per day -

how is it after 2 years? - friend of mine had it done in Texas last summer and he still hasn't had a fill which I think is kinda weird because I'm looking forward to it a little bit -
I got a bike last september that is the best bike I've owned - it's an Electra - they make old school cruisers (like a Pee Wee Herman bike) - comfy seats - easy to ride

Banded on 4/30 by Dr. Robert McKeen - going in for a fill on 6/5 - down 25 lbs - very little pain for me, mostly just sore abs like doing alot of sit-ups still bruised where the big incision is - back to normal activity after about a week - just eating ssssslllloooowwwwly, small bites, small portions of pretty much anything except the carby stuff and rice and spuds

Hello all - I've lived in Provo all my life - banded on 4/30 by Dr. McKeen - back to work after 5 days, back on my bike after 13 days- down 25 lbs - first fill on 6/5 - -
I had mine done by Dr. McKeen on 4/30 - everything went great
