    Pain...

Hey all! Sorry I didnt see this thread sooner. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING you are saying I went thru also with this left side pain issue. At about two month post op I was fed up. Surgeon kept saying it was muscular. So I came up with the CRAZY idea of taking a muscle relaxer. I called and ran the idea by surgeon and he agreed. Soon as I took one-NO PAIN. that was the only thing that helped me with the pain. Doc also wrote me an Rx for some physical therapy to do once pain was manageable. which im doing still-three weeks later. No longer taking the muscle relaxer. And I only took the mr like one every other day and that did the trick.
  4. Oh ok. Yeah it sounds to me like your doing EVRRYTHING right.
  5. Oh sorry-smh is short for Shaking My Head

  9. Yay!! Ok ill start...i was sleeved Oct 17 2012. I lost 20 lbs pre op. Lost 3 lbs by my 1 week post op visit which was aprx Oct 24th. As of today im a whoppingggg 5 lbs post op!! Whompp whomppppp lol. I eat good, get my protein in, vitamins in. I do NOT however get good exercise in. Because (im told) ive had 3 surgerys in same incision area I am still experiencing pains/pulling in major incision area. Surgeon says I had lots of scar tissue to heal. Just started physical therapy. But anything strenous hyrts like hell so ive just been taking it easy. I am praying n hoping once I DO start exercising-ill start losing. But in meantime......THIS SUCKS!!!!!!
