GOD is in every being. GOD is your father as well as your mother. I think people get to caught up on my way is the only way so they are not open to different views. I just had a little debate with a christian man this morning. He asked my friend why her son converted to muslim. Than she said that was his choice. He than stated he noticed alot of black men convert to muslim. He is a christian from india so I'm not sure why he brought race into it. He than stated that mohammed,buddha, and all the other different GODS are dead and jesus christ is alive and our only saviour. I thought that was a very ignorant statement! I explained to him that there are many beliefs but very little know the truth. It's also their choice and because their choice is not the same as yours it is not your job to convict nor judge. You see why I don't get involved with religious fanatics. He would not even let me finish talking but he wanted his point to be heard!

Religion is man made. Spirituality is given from the universe. What most religious people tend to do is settle on one belief. If you don't believe it you're going to hell. It's blind faith without knowledge. I am a very spiritual person. I believe in the science of GOD most religions don't. I don't equate GOD with being a HE because without she there would be no he. We work in unison so why make GOD a man? The GODS that religons produces makes an angry,jealous,decietful,punishing,judegmental,violent,cursing,male dominating being. GOD is everywhere and within us so why make GOD some big man over looking the sky? Better yet why paint an image you've never seen or know to be true. Why give GOD a sex or a race? I have alot of issues with religion. I read alot! Even the books most churches don't permit you to read. Ignorance is ignoring the truth. There are a million other realities besides what you can see. That's another subject though.

Yes I am! I like to joke alot and my sister referred to me as monique the commedian. I asked her out of all the comics why compare me to a fat one? I'm nowhere near that size. I had my first fill thursday 1.5 cc's. I am tighter than a virgin! I can start soft foods today and I tried cottage cheese and it hurt going down. HATED IT! PROTEIN SHAKE FOR ME! Is this normal?

It's a needle with numbing medicine in it. Than the needle for the fill done under xray and flouro. It was quick and pain free and today I am very tight! Heck yesterday I was super tight! I luv my docs!

twenty four pounds down. Do you think this is good? I lost nine pre-op. So that's 15 since august 24th. Honestly I still have restriction but not as much but I am often afraid to eat sometimes. I hope I'm eating enough. I walk three miles 4-5 times a week also. The only habit I am trying to master is no eating and drinking. I'm fine until dinner with the eating and drinking rules. I often lay down too quickly too. I do so much during the day I just fall out most days. But when I eat lay down the food is still there hours later.(chicken) I love chicken and I really am trying to keep eating it but it takes forever to go down! Or if I drink anything close to bed time it feels like it's swimming in my chest. WEIRD!

I'm sick of men wanting sex and not love. I'm sick of ignorant racist people telling other people to get over racism when it's still apparent worldwide! I'm sick of fat people like myself saying they dont eat much!(stop lying)ha! I'm sick of going to work I need a rich old husband with a good insurance policy. I'm sick of these no talented druggies in hollywood! Take away their money and bulls*** fame so they can go to rehab and stay there! I usually use mustard to hydrate the chicken. Your nut is right the dark meat does go down better because it's not as dry. I had to learn that when I got a piece stuck!

I'm going to buy jogging wear so I can continue ,my 3-4 mile walk. Yes winter can help prepare you for the warm weather. We have to be careful around the holidays though. Also cold weather makes some of us lazy.

When I moved to solids I made sure I excercised! I have even lost three pounds during the solid food phase. I walk 3-4 miles 5-6 days a week. I dont want to gain weight at all!

It's been sitting in my throat for an hour now. Will it go down? Should I drink warm liquids! Lord what was I thinking about! I have chewed it before and this never happened.
