I had my surgery august 24th. I lost 16 pounds and nine pounds pre-op. I had my first fill october 5th. Lost another 15. Is it time for another fill? Last night I ate a half of turkey wing. I also had two glasses of wine. I felt like a water balloon. I walked my five miles too. Is that alot?

Bingo! I know you are upset but honey she is not a good friend. I bet you are prettier than she is. Now that you are losing weight she has to compete. B*tches! I have a feeling one of my friends will be the same way! She's already starting with the comments! Jealousy is a dangerous emotion.

I have so much energy especially after I excercise! I can bend down without getting out of breath. I'm more flexable during sex. My big bow hips have went down more than 20 inches. Men are turning their heads constantly. My face is so much thinner and prettier! I have collar bones. The fat from my back is disapearing. I feel so good! I'm starting to like what I see more and more.

Most dieticians agree with this. There is tons of info on this fact. In the past when I have dieted I found this to be true. Also the more you weigh the quicker the weight will come off. You can see this with the light weights versus the heavy weights.

We have the same surgery date(8/24/07) and I lost just half of what you lost. How much did you weigh to begin with? I think that's extremely quick! Remember the slower you take it off the longger it will stay off. I eat pretty good and I walk 5-6 miles a day. You must have a secret! Please tell!

Ok so during my pre-op nut visits they asked me this question. I said yes immediately! Meaning you don't plan your meals. You just grab whatever is available. Now that I am banded this is much more important! I came home from the hospital with my daughter. My mom and sister made tacos. So I grabbed some of the left over taco meat and tried to chew it. Well guess what it? It didn't go down. So there I am waiting impatiently for it to go down. It was not much at all but it took an hour to pass. I did take a sip of soda and that helped a little. I must have been nervous because I don't llike pop at all! I was so scared I would slim or pb as you guys say. I have never done either one. I was so hungry too! After it passed I sipped on some chicken and noodle broth. It made my throat a little soar. I have a a very bad cold as well.

Thanks candle! If you walked alone you might walk in the same amount of time as I do. I'm cold alot too candle. The walking is such a stress reliever! I love the scenery,the smell of fresh air and the time alone. Do you have a treadmill? I want to get an elliptical but I don't have anywhere to put it right now.

No wonder I have been coughing. I drink tea or sometimes I have a glass of wine before bed. I lay down maybe 15 minutes later. Could this be the reason? So it's reflux not acid. I didn't have this problem pre-fill.

Is it time for you to get a fill? It's been a month since my first fill. I have been having reflux at night. I eat and drink too close to bedtime. I have to change this habit.

So if you drink too close to bedtime it causes reflux?

Hey candle! It takes me about an hour and a half. Sometimes I jog a little in between depending on the wind velocity. I have asthma so sometimes it's a bit difficult. I really enjoy walking outside verses inside. I have a treadmill but it's not the same. It's fall here in chicago so the temp is in the 40's and 50's.

I am truly happy with my results. I have a rule that if I dont eat perfect I have to walk anyway! I walk 5-6 miles a day no matter what! I think I'm addicted to it! It was so cold yesterday I had to wear hat and gloves while walking. I am almost 40 pounds down and I can't wait to be under 200 pounds!

I have not taken any new pics. I will definately take some soon!

Sirena it is so easy to do that! I use to cook alot before banding. If I snack I have no room for my dinner. So now I don't have a clue as to how much I have eaten. Planning is better because you all of your nutrition in. How do you know when it's time for a fill? I had one on october 5th. I'm still losing weight. This cold is killing me too!. I was up all night coughing up cold all night. I felt like I was drowning in my own mucous!
