I have been offline for about a year. Need to reconnect as I am now having problems staying away from sweets, etc.

You know your triggers and weak points, just be honest with yourself. There are some foods I just have to say no to even in small doses because they trigger me to overeat. I have to own and acknowledge that each and every day. It gets harder around the holiday's because there is seemingly a dessert of some sort for them all. The 2 really big holidays for sweets are coming up (Valentine & Easter). I'm preparing myself mentally now.
