  3. Two pounds below doctor's goal....His scale always weighs heavier as I'm in clothes so......Want to below goal so it will show up on his. Bought new capris and shorts today. At the beginning of last summer, I was down to a 16P and today it was 8p, 10p, or 12p depending on the style and material. Now to get some tops that match the different colors this season.

Please Help Me Wrap My Head Around This...

I was wearing size 12 pants and my daughter had me try on smaller ones. I now wear 8P short depending on the style. I have to try everything on because I can't even guess what size as it varies. Just thankful I can do the things I now do....Didn't get off the bipap though which was a huge disappointment. Maybe in a year.

Can you still eat in restaurants?

I split a lot of meals with my husband when we go out. I even took Protein packs and asked for hot Water when I was still on liquids. Protein first, then colors. I don't eat Pasta or rice out as they are usually not the brown rice or higher protein pasta. No bread out for the same reason. I have them bring me the meal without the bread or bun, etc. Grilled, some Soups, Wendy's chili....I always find something and bring some Snacks along in case I have problems.
