I also Had my Surgery on Oct 15 , I was able to go at the 4th day it wasnt actually soft and thereafter I have Gone also but very very soft watery stool ... Try drinking enough water u need to keep ur self hydrated and will also help u.. Have a frd who developed kidney stones because not enough water intake, and thats crucial.

Well Guys I Also had surgery on t OCT 15 Tomorrow I make a week, not going to lie I am sick of this liquid Diet lol but I will follow this until my Dr says. My Starting weight was 236 and I am Down now to 215.. 21 pounds down in just 1 week and thats including my pre opt diet I only did for 2 days as per Dr. I am very excited altough It was painful and still having trouble sleeping but very happy cause I know this will def pay of.
