How long since surgery ? I am 5 weeks post op the only protein I can stomach at this point is syntrax nectar strawberry mousse flavor. everything else and every other type makes me sick. -

I am losing slow like that. I started the journey to loos the weight back in May. This is total weight loss before and after surgery 32 pounds. I have lost alot of inches. I am dropping clothes sizes. Just the scale seems to be my enemy. -

I have to mix protein with water. it is to heavy on my stomach. you might want to try that. -
Dr should have told you to walk as much as you could. Even though you are not cleared for other exercises.

Mine didnt put me on liquid diet either. He put me on Clear Liquids the two days before surgery and the two days after surgery. -

The gas is awful. I ahve never had so much gas in my life until now -
I am doing the same thing also. i am 4 1/2 weeks post-op and I stalled at week 2 and since I have only lost a couple of pounds. I am losing inches and dropping clothing sizes. I have went from 3x in shirt to xl in shirt from 22/24 to 14/16 in pants. Hang in there. That is what I am having to do. I know it is frustrating as can be though.

I have bsbstx and my dr submitted everything for me. He subbmitted mine under health reasons and it was approved. I am 5'5 and was only 240. But had sugar problems.

Could my hormone injections cause my weight loss stall ? I am 4 weeks post op. I have read about the 3 week stall. I had surgery on Oct. 8 and I took my injection on Oct. 23 and have been stalled since then. I have lost about 20 pounds, but scales has not moved since injection. Very frustrated.

I had my surgery Oct 8. My sugar was 301 the morning of surgery. I was using insulin 4 times day. Now my sugar runs 77-105 no insulin. I have energy to burn. I usually have to rest about 30 or 45 min a day now just so I don't tire in the evenings

I don't regret mine at all. Yes the weight ain't going fast enough for me. Yes you only eat a few bites. I do hate the constipation I have to use colace and miralax on regular basis. My blood sugar went from 301 to 77- 100. I have lost about 26 pounds. I am 4 weeks tomorrow post-op. I have more energy than I ever dreamed. I actually walked 2 1/4 miles yesterday. I have dropped several inches also. -
