Its kind of like a smoker trying to quit smoking, "Cold Turkey". Your body could be acting out, or going through a withdrawl. A withdrawl from your old eating habits. But just like anything else, it will get better with time, when your body adjusts to the "new" way of eating. Congrats to you, and keep up the hard work!

Congrats! I am just starting the program, and feel I have so far to go, but it will be worth it in the end I do not like to exercise either, but I know when I lose some weight it will be much easier for me. Good luck on your weight loss journey. It sounds like you are well on your way!

Just wondering if after weight loss has anyone noticed a difference in there shoe size, or have your feet got smaller?

I am 34 years old, and have been over weight my whole life. I am so ready for this wonderful change. I just had my first meeting and my couciling meeting. I have my first surgeon visit at the end of November. I am on my way! Wish me luck
