    Learning What Full Is.

I looooove moi-moi,and i make it with eggs and beef however I would not advise eating it in the mushy stage...it is way too heavy and don't forget that beans with hot pepper(tattashe) is equal to GAS!!! After the surgery many people have gas issues subsequently for a few months!! Am 6mths out and down 92lbs but i can only still have a maximum of 5f fork full of moi moi before i start getting uncomfortable...so give ur self more time before trying it again!!!
  2. Holy peaa????haha i can see u really love your peas then!! I get my pea Protein from an organic food store down the road from where i live in london...2 spoons is about 20g protein its really lush!! Do u live in london?? The name of the store is whole earth in london..but if you dont live here...then am sure u can order it online...i will add you now on my fitness pal!!! Goodluck babes!!
  3. It depends on the frozen yoghurt!!! Cummon how much can we even eat with our sleeeve!!! Not very much..i eat frozen youghurt almost everyday for supper because just like u am in uni!!! And i love to nibble on something while i study so i just eat my frozen youghurt with a sprinkle of hemp protein or pea protein and it really does taste lush!!!go for it babes you didn't do this surgery to eat miserably for the rest of ur life!!! Am almost 6mths out and down 92lbs !! May i also add am self pay!!! Looool go for your frozen youghurt!!!
  4. May I also add that I will be six months post op on the 28th of this month and am 92lbs down bearing in mind I only did a 3day liquid fast before surgery and my Doctor always keeps in touch and wants be too reach 100lbs weightloss by the sixth month!!! 8 more pounds!!! Well am trying!!!i started at 338 and now 246lbs!!! Best best descision ever!!! I could never have afforded this procedure in london!!
  5. I was sleeved in india!!! Bangalore to be precise and It cost me about 8000 dollars including tickets from london to and fro!!! Best decision ever!!! I had the choice of waiting on the Nhs and doing it for free but I would have to wait for one year!!! Life is tooo short and soo not worth it!!! I went by myself and I don't regret it...my doctor and Nut were all amazing and the nurses were beyond lovely and encoraging!!! Bless them!! I even did a bit of shopping 3days after my surgery to buy the beautiful indian saris!!! I was on watch by the doctors for a werk just to be on the safe side!!! I looved my whole experience and will do it again in a heartbeat!!!
  6. Try buying pure organic sheabutter and cocobutter whip it up with an essential oil and it will last you ages most importantly it is the most effective on getting rid of stretch marks and toning of the skin... I have lost 90lbs and still have 80lbs to go and used this mix religiously on my weightloss journey I can say it has done wonders to my skin and my stretchmarks!!! Goodluck

    60lbs down!

Thanks soo much everyone for your kind and loving words!!!I also put up the pictures to encourage everyone.... My life has changed dramatically in soo many ways I started this journey 3months 1 week ago and I only had a 2days preop diet as requested by my surgeon so most of the weight has come off in the past few months i have gone from a uk size 26/28 to a comfortable size 20!! And size 18 tights.....i have soo much energy and my life doesn't revolve around food... Its a step by step journey to break those demons we call habits... My doctor says it is very possible to reach the 100lbs target in the next 3 months!!! I am down another 4lbs making me 274lbs!!!this means i have 36lbs more pounds to reach the 100lbs and get to 238lbs although my goal weight is 170lbs as am 5ft8 i know i will get there... If your reading this message and considering getting the surgery done DO IT!!!! You have the power to change your life in diffrent ways!!!! However if you have already done the surgery GOOD ON YOU!!!!!welldone for making such bravr decision and goodluck on your weightloss!!! Once again thank you all for your kind and loving words

  14. Ok so i just saw a thread about christmas goal Weights and at first i got really excited and put a weightloss goal of 30lbs.... Now the thing i looked up my calendar this morning to organise my christmas shopping dates and i realised christmas is a month away!!!! I realise this sleeve now makes me look at weightloss more like a magic wand but it isnt its more of a tool...now the question I want to ask it are we all setting up ourselves for failure?? I saw many people putting up goal weights of 40lbs!!! And am likr what!!! Now i started my journey on sept 24 and thus far am about 2mths 2weeks out and i have lost 56lbs which is great i still have another 108lbs to reach my goal weight... But no being a negative person but i dont think am suddenly going to loose 30lbs by christmas or new year but i know its possible in the next two months.... I know everyones body is diffrent... But everyone setting goals means they or we all have a game plan... Be it excercise, increasing water intake.... Doing the 5 day sleeve test by miss diva... Whatever that game plan is would you like to share... So by christmas even if we havent exactly achieved our goals we are somewhere near there....

  20. Helllo there hottie can i get ur number???? Loooool you look fantastic and welldone this sleeve in my opinion is one of the best tools i ever chose to get my life back!!!! Welldone
  21. I completely understand what you mean... I am 8 weeks post op that 2+ months and am down 53lbs which i really appreciate and am sooo chuffed about it but i do miss not necessarily food but being able to sit down at the dinner table and eat without fear of feeling soo uncomfortable also being the first to finish my meal and watch others eat because am dobe 10 mins into my meal and can physically take no more bites... The thought of food makes me shiver sometimes because I do not know how my body will react.. Will it stay up my throat or will it be a slider?? But that control i have now and the benefits of wearing smaller clothes outweighs any other feeling and with time i realised food was an addictiin for me... When i was happy i ate when i was sad i ate when i was in a normal mood i ate and ate...thats why i was at 338lbs... I am trying to revert myself to the original reason mankind ate food.. To fuel the body i realise i do not need all those sit down meals i always had and even with family if i ate a bit slower and talked more during the meal we finished at almost the same time... My friend is one year post op and she tells me it does get easier and after 6mths your stomach may strech a tad bit more although never to the orginal size touch wood.... So i understand your frustration and thats why this forum is there for us all... To vent at our life struggles with the sleeve and for encouragment so vent on!!
