Try putting a heating pad on it as well..that helped my shoulder pain I also leaned forward and held on to a chair with the other arm and would swing the painful one back and forth. I treated it like a softball injury...lol! -

You can set your journal in myfitnesspal to have times...mine is broken into 6 "meals", but I have friends who have 6 time frames. Don't know if that will help but its a start! -
I was allowed crackers at 6 weeks, but they had to be hard crackers...

Changing docs during 6 month surpervised visit

Are the doctors in the same office? I saw multiple doctors but they were all part of the same office. Just got my explanation of benefits and I have a zero balance for my surgery. I did a six month supervised diet as well required by my insurance BCBS of MI. -
Thanks! My family says it has nothing to do with anything besides I am not graceful I mean I did trip through the tulips once...chipped my tooth when I ran into my bedroom door...all before I gained weight! The center of gravity topic makes sense, with your body readjusting itself so much.

I was sleeved on 10\23 and have found that I have become very clumsy...I lose my balance easily...basically I look like a stumbling drunk sometimes which would explain the large number of bumps and bruises I am rocking! Any one else find that they are not a graceful sleever?
