Me and my brother both wear these its called a road ID http://www.roadid.co...on/default.aspx if you jog,walk or ride a bike on the road any where close to traffic it's not a bad idea to have one of these on in case something happens to you. In no way am I trying to promote this just wanted to share

Myfitnesspal works great for this and you can also store recipes for things that you freeze and eat a serving later I have been using it for a couple of months it works great -

Mine was a little under a hour and my dad stayed with me but I stayed in a hotel and my DR came to see me there all I did was sleep the first night not a lot of pain -

I will be 5 months out on the 18th and I'm down 73 pounds -
I was sleeved on September 18, 2012 stating weight was 262 lbs got on the scale this morning for my weight in finally hit the 199 mark cant remember the last time i was there
