I always call them and have never had a problem with them not returning calls. Speak with Diane and let her know what is going on. Let her know you have a few issues and she will take care of it... I went through her! I got a bit frustrated with Mel, and Rose has always been on top of things. Don't know what happen there. However Diane is the office manager, she will whoop em into shape for you! She and Bridgett are amazing! You go around everyone else that don't matter and you will have a fabulous experience, swear! Just talk to Diane though, you will be glad you did!

I only told 3 people. My aunt my husband and my friend who allowed my son to stay the night with her while I was in the hospital. Other than that when people say wow you look great I say thank you. I have had one person ask me if I was OK. Others say what happen I just say I got really sick. I had hernia repair with my surgery as well so that is what I tell people!

Only if my skin bounced back like they say it will bwahahahaha

I have really enjoyed being apart of the team with Dr. Korman's office. I struggle everyday with eating and getting my water in. I eat half an egg when I wake up in the morning with my vitamins. And I drink protein shakes and UNjury through out the day... I have dinner with the family and even then I am force feeding myself. Some days I am in the mood for a cheese stick. However that is not very often. I am going to be 8 weeks out (so im no expert here) on Monday and I still have a few small pains in my large incision. I also had hernia repair and the healing from that has been a b***h!!! The swelling in my throat finally feels like it is going down. Still struggle some days.... I am starting to have more good days then bad ones. Sleeping has been a challenge I have to sleep on my right side. If I sleep on my left I get crazy stomach hunger, as soon as I roll over the feeling goes away in a matter of min! OH my biggest complaint is I am always freakin cold! I mean 90 year old grandma cold!! Have you heard about insurance yet? As soon as I was approved I had my surgery 2 weeks later. Keep me posted!

I was told not to start mine until my one week check up. SOOOO That is when I started mine!

I was sleeved on Oct. 22nd was 209 start day of surgery 198 current weight as of Monday (my weigh in day) I was 172.

It took a week for them to get my denial letter. Resubmitted and took a week to get approval! Good luck!

I have Dr. Korman! Loved him!!! The office staff is amazing. Checked into other places in the LA area and Irvine... chose them simply because they didn't pressure me into using their facility. They are genuine people with the desire to want to help. I was sleeved on Oct. 22

I wish my eyes saw what everyone else sees! I am told every other day wow you look good! My husband is my biggest cheerleader and I still see a short fat chick looking back at me. I hope one day my way of thinking changes.... for my sake! You are not alone in how you feel!

I was sleeved on the 22nd of Oct. Down 37 lbs. 10 of those are pre-op but I still count them! Don't know what size I wear seeing my stretchy yoga pants still fit and not to mention they are comfy! Starting weight 209 As of Monday 172

I'm 7 weeks out and can still only eat 2 tablespoons maybe 3 at the most before I am overfull!

If you have a Costco by you go to the pharmacy section and get the shoe inserts! I have had my feet taped and shots put in each foot for a 3 month period. I ended up going back and buying a second set of inserts! My podiatrist told me to have good athletic shoes and good inserts. It is almost gone now! Mine was so bad I walked on my tippy toes. My dr. Offered to make custom inserts however her wanted $425... outta my budget.

I had it horribly before surgery. I am a month out now and have only had it once since then. I took my prescription that the dr. gave me and it was gone instantly.

IKEA has some in the kid section too and silver wear. I'm sure its suppose to be "pretend" stuff but it is great!
