Down 31 since surgery on Nov 5! I have a Atkins shake in the am, Greek yogurt for lunch and a protein shake for dinner! Started puréed foods yesterday! -

It has fat burner in it and a few different other proteins that are supposed to help me keep the muscle I have. I took it to my dietician and she said it was ok to use today so we will see. What is the Nectar and where do you get that. Does it taste good? -

What type of protein have y'all been using? I went to GNC and they sold me Promasil, so far it is awesome but it isn't strictly whey protein, just curious if this is ok? Or if anyone else is using it? -

I was sleeved on Monday and on Wednesday my doc told me that every day I don't have a bm for the next few I need to take a suppository in order to keep my bowels working! It isn't fun but it works!! -
