I went out of town for Christmas break and had a few diet Pepsi.'s..i was able to eat a whole lot more on those days...Im back on the wagon today...i didn't lose anything this week and i know that's the reason...its just motivated me that much more to stay off carbonation. Thanks for your posts ya'll

Before surgery, I know that your body goes into starvation mode 3-4 hours after not eating anything...does our body still do this even after the surgery?

I'm 21/2 weeks post o p and had my surgery down in puerto vallerta...the doctor and staff were absolutely phenomenal...no regrets and glad I did it!! -

I flew for 5 hours, 4 days after surgery and I truly felt fine...I've had an amazing recovery though. it really just depends on how you are feeling after they remove the drains...I think.. -

I'm 2 weeks post op and have had a very simple recovery.. Very glad I did it..no regrets! -
I was sleeved sept 24th. I'm 2 weeks post op and am now on soft foods. I've lost 18 lbs but haven't seen the scale move for 2 days...I also haven't let myself get completely full but sometimes I feel like my stomach hasn't even gotten smaller...please help!!

Om gosh...thx friends!! What an awesome support group...I do need to put the scale away and just measure and just be happy that I've even lost
