When I drink water it makes me feel queesy...I don't know why..makes my tummy feels weird..I haven't been getting my fluids in ..because of it. The only drink I desire now is hot tea with cream. I didn't even like tea before. I can like feel water in my stomach..I don't know..I would have lost double if I would be able to drink my water!! Confused

I ate a lot of crap...and craved it like a pregnant girl ..since my sleeve I have had minimal cravings..when I want something I will eat it. A lot of my cravings are gone..where before I could eat a box of little Debbie's in a day..lol..best thing in the world I ever did..I have hope finally to be what I have always deep down wanted to be but never admitted it to myself. Good luck. I would never regret this I'm loving me today -
I had some a week ago. It was large prices and I could only eat 2. Prices..but they were yummy.!

Why did you have surgery if you are under 200 pounds.? I don't understand. And instead of being ignorant can you fits help me understand...I getting down to 180-190 is all I think about...but that is my perspective because I am morbidly obese ..but why risk this for 50 pounds or so?..no judgement just curious. I just don't get it. -

I was sleeved on Nov. 7th Breakfast -barriatric advantage shake. Or egg beaters. 2oz. Snack- hot tea with cream and unflavored protien Lunch- chicken breast or tuna - 2oz Snack- cheese 1 STICK OR SLICE DINNER- CHICKEN, FISH OR TUNA 3 OZ. SF PUDDING OR HOT TEA WITH PROTIEN. -

I have that head hunger sometimes..I buy sugar free puddings..and frozen fruit and make pies..taste like real thing..even with cream cheese sometimes..like cheese cake..get into diabetic cook books and do it that way.

I would do half what you paid..that's what I would do..especially if you keep really good care of them..or try eBay..someone will probably buy if you sell it all at once for lump sum. -

I agree and understand..so much more now..I wish I wouldn't have waited..good luck to all of you and good for you fir doing something before it got out if hand..and realizing it sooner than I did.
