My stomach is growling here at my desk..I had a protien shake at 7 and a banana at. 8 ..why am I spookier hungry..it isn't head hunger..my stomach hurts..idk. I ate the whole bannana no problem..is that normal..?

I experienced this horribly ..I had to go be alone a couple nights..because I kept yelling at everyone..its a mixture of food changes..as well as nerves about surgery..just know..everything will be a fine..and your doing tjw right thing

Is it normal to be Hungary every two hours..?can being dehydrated make you hungry? ..I got tums...and am drinking a lot..I javwnr been getting my liquids..I have been focused on protien..and no water...maybe that has something to do with it.. It concerns me I could have a whole bannsana...but the protien was like an hour or so before ..and as thin as milk..still no issues...my doctors office says i sound good..and progressing and healing fast..amd since I came along so quick..like healing..and was back at work so quick..maybe on l Just fast..idk..but I'm chugging water ..not chugging but drinking fast ..maybe I'm just dehydrated...thoughts?

I think the bannana took an hour...but I had No issues...I don't know..what is up..

Ill try the acid meds..no answer at doctors today..idk. ill call tommorow ..

I am 3 weeks out...I am not taking stomach meds...I am eating regular foods..soft meeats..ect. ..new to all this and I don't want to eat until lunch..I thought a bannaa would have been enough..

Sometimes when I eat...I burp and food comes back up in a slimy way..I know this is gross..does this mean I ate too much or too fast..? What are your experiences..I feel like I can throw up at will...just by burping sometimes .

I have surgery on wednesday..my nerves are getting better...wanting to know any tips..or ideas..what to get to prepare..i got enough protien shakes..any ideas of what else I should get..unflavored..anythkng you post op peeps found you needed after the surgery you didnt think ???

Every hour it seems that my stomach starts growling and I am Hungary again..I don't even think of food until I feel this...on wondering if I'm eating too much...how much is everyone eating.? Today I had. 1/4 cup Cheerios ..a banana ..half peice of tilapia...2 oz of tuna. 2 deviled eggs. And 1 oz of beans. That was the whole day..i feel that is soooo much. Is it normal? Too Much..idk..how to average things out please help

I had small amount of soggy Cheerios this morning..worked out ok. I need some time of fiber..and it is lowest in carbs

I was given lovenox for after surgery..And I have big puffy round rashes at every place I gave myself a shot..I stopped now..anyplace e experience this with blood thinners? ?

I have factor five ..blood clotting mutation so I took thinners after surgery for precaution...I did 11 shots out of the 14.. I can't anymore ..these welt things are freaking me out

I wish I was in chi- town..I went there in June for a week and fell on love..I want to move there more than words can express...I love love it..just not the humidity;)

The beat salmon I have ever had..and my favorite way to cook..is make a rub..with honey..and blackening spices..like the chilli line pepper type flavor...when you taste the rub..it should taste like that Mexican candy that is sweet and spicy at the same time..rub that all over your salmon..(a big plank)..put in dish cover with foil..cook..best thing in the world..in fact I'm making this tommorow ..yum!!the bigger the fish the better..
