I got cleared today by my surgeon..he said regular foods..as long as I chew very good..I'm fine..OMG..I feel compared to everyone..this is very soon!

I list threw up like dry heeving and saliva..really bad..it scared me..I ate a sugar free Brownie like two hours ago..could this be from that?..is this dumping? I got scared..please help..I also started my period today...had horrible cramps went home early..took a percocet from after surgery and that made me sick earlier ..but got better now puking..up stomach acid ..can someone help or explain should I go hospital I am one month out..uugh..feel awxul

Yes..I feel much better now..wow..that was horrible..I'm just gonna stick to the plan from here on out..I totally freaked..but now I'm much better...thanks guys!!

Foods that fill me up is protien..chicken..Tuna and fish..and veggies..that's all I way moslty anyway..I got the grazing..but it went away..

I made thin mashed potatoes and Turkey gravy..tomatoes soup was awesome..at 2 weeks..

My doctor told me to avoid me because it resembled liver too much..lmao..to each there own guys ..its Christmas..lets dance and celebrate getting skinny!

I ate some chips and salsa at dinner..and I ate a Halloween candy .. I don't get in my water I can't get in 60 g protien everyday but some I am pissed about a two week stall at four weeks out. I hate when I need advice and no one says nothing. (Like the world revolves around me or something ) I haven't excersicd yet I wish I was six months or.more out People that are under 200 pounds getting surgery upset me. Don't know why. I feel like this wont happen for me.. I can't visualize myself thin...

Anyone have munchies at night... I do..obviously I can't eat a lot..but its worst at night..Antone feel the same..I'm trying to fight head hunger ..I know I'm not hungry..lol..
