Have your doctor do a blood test for something called factor 5 Leiden..it is a blood clotting mutation..that increases your risk..my dad and sister had clots too..my dad died ..and me and my sis got checked..we both have it..that's why I saw a blood doctor and got a prescription fir the shots ..it wasn't my surgeons prescription..I just told him about my disorder. Good luck

The earth didn't shake..I'm good...and am loosing steady. I don't know why it is so black and white..sleeve nazis ..I say..just relax..steam is more unhealthy than a cookie once a week or month..yikes

Soft..I got ricatta cheese and spaghetti sauce..was yummy. Tomatoe soup. Cream cheese..yogurts..and I made jello with cream cheese and SF pudding..yum.. -
Its probably a good thing to break the cycle of drinking everyday. But you should be fine..tell your doc though.good luck

Yes I have and have had no issues..I had vodka too..its better than wine or anything. For sugar sake. I wouldn't worry too much. I drank at 3 weeks ..one month out and last weekend. No issues..just one or two..no issues. Ask your doc if worried but I've been fine

Yes UN cooked chicken. Cubed. Water half over half full..beans will puff up..put green bell pepper 2 hours before serving..so yummy I seven with cheese on top. Yummz

Uncooked beans. 5 chicken breast Onion Green pepper Stewed tomatoes Chilli seasoning packet Spices. In crockpot over night Yummmmmmmmmy!!

You will be fine..just call doctor..a lot if folks here think they are doctors..and have degrees in gastrology or something..but alit if people don't know what they are talking about and it is actually bad fir a lot of people to get discouraged by these folks..I don't come on here too much anymore.. -

I put doles lite Berry medley..with like 2 frozen strawberrys ..and blended ..then added a shot of Bacardi. Was very weak but yummy. Didn't want a lot of strawberry because of sugar..but as yummy..not thick like a real daqauri..because I didn't want to get full...yummy. I only have one if I'm going to have it at all.
