Bread really hurts my tummy! I wrap a hamburger patty in lettuce. Lettuce doesn't bother me.

Not really, I did eat a cheeseburger 90/10) and 3 tater tots.....so maybe upping my calories? I added Fiber into my diet as well. But I think my body was just adjusting. I've dieted off and on for 10 years, so I think I really did a number on my metabolism! Also, my husband was off work last night and I definitely burned some calories! haha!

Everyone is different but for me personally, I'm losing at the same rate I lost on any other diet. The upside is I won't gain it back this time! I didn't lose faster in the soft food stage and I think its unfair for a nutritionist to cause false expectations like that. If you don't lose faster in that stage, don't get discouraged! It will happen! The weight will come off! Good luck! -

I'm almost 3 months out and can still only eat 2 oz of meat but I always have a veggie side too. I think I'm going to make chicken pot pie soup. I saw the recipe on skinnytaste.com. She has really good recipes! -
