Sure. You just need to go to Forums down below and from there select 'new thread' from the top right hand corner. Hope that helps.

4 months post-op & 50 pounds lighter. What a difference. I posted a picture from our Disney Cruise exactly one year ago and a picture that we took just last week. I couldn't be happier with the results and still have more to go. Truly the best decision I have ever made!

I couldn't eat anything until the day after surgery. Not to worry though because you will not feel any hunger. For the next 2 days I was on a liquid diet (just broth, jello & tea/water). From day 3 until my 2 week check up I was on stage 2 of the liquid diet which included yogurt, mashed potatoes, creamy soups and a few other items that I can't remember but they should all be in the handbook Hope that helps a little. -

My BP was a little high so I stayed 2 nights but normally it's only a one night stay. I wish you all the best. I was nervous too but it really goes by quickly. -

October Sleevers-How Ya Doin?
mirav79 replied to Holly5.3's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Congrats on the new sleeve. I was sore for about 4 days and then good from there. The Water intake was hard but I made it a goal to drink 3 16.9oz water bottles a day by sipping all day long. You can add crystal light or torani syrup as they help make the water not feel so thick and heavy. I'm going on week 4 and its so much easier now. This week especially feels 'normal' for me. -
