I haven't had surgery yet....

Everyone is VERY different.... I've found a lot has to do with the insurnance company. My Dr. said if I was with BCBS or Aetna that I would have been approved with first submission. The case manager now - through my employer - who is helping me correct clerical issues on UHC's side and other paperwork they overlooked told me to keep working on my appeal but that I probably won't need it. That was GREAT to hear today!!! Something positive in over a month! I started my journey Oct. 15th --- I think. I'm hoping to get surgery in December. If I can get approved by next week I think they can still squeeze me in. Now I need to lose 15 lbs!

Ty!! Yes, my Dr. Sent a follow-up note to insurance and they only say now that they never received it when my contact from work is now on my case... She said that with my co-morbidity that it should be approved without 5 yrs medical history of weight. So we'll see... Hoping to see what the ins. Response is by Friday. My contact is also getting them to answer why the ins. Has my current BMI wrong...

So I just remembered when I was at my lowest (160) like 6 yrs ago and my pelvic bones being more apparent... And literally being bruised when f**king. I couldn't do a lot of moves--scissors, etc. bc I couldn't take going hard... Lol!! I kinda don't even care about all that if I could just look hot again in some panties/bra and be able to have my stamina back for riding. That confidence is what I miss most about sex--it made it so much better bc I'd be willing to try anything!

That's great! I'm having to appeal for my insurance but was wanting to find others that have had the surgery and PTC. To see if any success with weight loss

How did your surgery go? Did it "cure" your pseudotumor?

So peer to peer got denied. Medical Director said I don't have BMI of over 40 for last 5 years... Although the language of my plan states "morbid obese" for last 5 years. When I googled this I saw many medical offices and studies say morbid obesity is 35+ BMI if the patient has co-morbidity. Does anyone know where I could find some documentation the insurance company could use to support this claim?

5'2 - 224 lbs. Fighting insurance to get this approved.

Yessssss can't wait! I was never skinny but was more "thick" than my now fat and remember how much more confident I was in bed and how more limber and easier it was. Btw, your pic is really pretty.
