Im gonna be 6 weeks on tues and im excited to eat a mini sandwich! I found some bread thats 100 wheat with low carb.. low cals.. no white flour.

And my nut actually speaks highly of carbs... of course from the right sources... wheat brwad wheat crackers. Brown rice etc...

Smack it... flip it... and rub it down! Ohhhhh yeahhhh

There ya go.. I know on my bday I will be enjoying my first very small piece of cake. Hopefully no sugar added but that is 4 months away

Are you taking antacids also? I noticed when I started to I wasnt feeling as hungry. Alot of people confuse hunger with the roaring of stomach acid. I know I did ar the beginning. .. but now im 5 weeks out and I do get hungry. I wish I didnt but I did.. I get hungry about evwry 3 hours so I eat.. every 3 hours. But the tint bit of food u do eat is very satisfying. Also some say then eventually lost hunger further down the road.

If u also read what people are eating they arent depriving themselves for the rest od their life. This isnt a diet.. this is a new way of life for thr rest of your life. U can allow yourself specials here and there.. thats not a problem. Now since u know those are no-gos... next family event like a bday eat sugar free angel cake.. or sugar free frozen yogurt.

Ok.. this may be nasty to some but anyways.. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and 2 of my incisions got infected. Its pussed and oozed for a couple days so I went back to the drs and he poked and squeezed and scraped.. OUCH! Anyways I had a problem messing with em bc I kept botherin them and squeezing them to get the puss out. Finally I got smart and said.. well if ya leave them damn things alone they'll heal. Well I stopped messing with them and they started to improve but atill alot of draining. Yesterday I squeezed one a lil bit (I forgot to mention they develop lil holes in the incision naturally to drain) and out came something.. imm looking like WTF.. rubbed it a lil and out came a stitch that never dissolved. Thats y it was infected... the dr did say that when I walked in saying thats usually th cause... so in a matter of a couple hours that ones is 90% better. No leaking and scabbed over... this other one though has this stitch just hanging out. Getting to my point.. will they naturally come out since obviously my body is trying to get rid of this... or what?

I have googled it... noooooo help. Ill just call the drs tomorrow and see what they say.

These are internal stitches. The dermabond is used on the outside.. I dunno how it all works ha

Gotcha.. I will stop the ointment and start peroxide. Its almoat 2 weeks since it all started... did the ones that where infected have lil holes like mine?

I drink allll the time.. crystal light.. Hawaiian punch packets... arizona zero half lemonade half tea.. iced tea.. dannon squirts.. not sure of the name but thwir version of mio..hot tea.. powerade zero... basically anything I can find with no sugar

Yeah I wash it nightly and put on neosporin and bandage it up... it doesnt hurt and I feel great.. I just am tired of that incision nonsense

I will officially be 1 month post op tomorrow. Feeling great ever since the surgery... im lucky that I had no pain.. no trouble eating or drinking. Im really enjoying me again. I have a long road ahead but im ready for it. Here is my 1 month post op pic... now this does inclue my 2 week preop. I started at 353 and today im 317. Thats 15 from preop and 21since surgery. (Hopefully I will down even more tomorrow) so for the biggens like myself. .. theres hope!!!! Now.. this iant glamor shots.. so excuse my looks hahaha. I was also 4 weeks on 02/26!.. I AM also getting hungry? Alot lately usually happens between meals and alot at nighy or 1st thing in the morning. I thought I was actually just hungry. I was taking generic prilosec and the beginning but then stopped bc I thought my acid was normal now. Wellll.. I started again and stopped bc I didnt see a difference. Well today I decided I will take 2 a day. 1 in the morning and 1 at night and we will see what happens.... I wish I was lucky and never hungry
