I can relate. I am 6 months out and have only lost 50 pounds. That is great, but the long lulls that I have are still frustrating. The good thing is: there is no deadline! This is my new life. I eat less, have more energy, move more, and am overall more healthy. I just want to "be there" sometimes. I eat anything I want (mostly healthy) but much less. I exercise, but not often enough. I usually count calories on MyFitnessPal and avoid junk food, soda, sugar, refined carbs, take lots of vitamins. The hardest part for me is getting enough water and not having regular bowel movements. I still use 1/2 dose of exlax once/week. I order at a restaurant and get a to go box with my meal to load 2/3 into the box before I even start. We started a garden at home for fresh veggies daily with bbq meat. I am hoping someday I will be off my CPAP. It is wonderful buying clothes in a normal store!! Good luck and keep at it!
