Im new. My name is liz. Im from and live in Lincoln nebraska. Im 24. Have 2 kids, alycea 5 mario 3. Im on my 6 mo diet now 2 months in. Getting excited for surgery they plan on the beggining of feb. Ive done everything needed but this diet isnt going to well. Even though im losing I know i dont eat well and im concerned each weigh in. Gotta get serious bc depresion is getting the best of me
