I was sleeved 3/7. I feel great but I don't have any restriction on drinking!! I'm able to drink and drink! But if I drink broth I feel "full". Also when was everyone told to start protein shakes? I've been told 2nd week and then other dr said when I got home...

I wore jeans and long sleeve shirt along with my jacket. Whatever you do don't over pack like I did.. The 2 nights In the hospital I was In Hospital gowns. The other nights I slept in my pj's. so one pair is enough! (I don't know what I was thinking taking more lol)

I miss you! Have a safe trip home!! Tell Omar and Dr Illan I got home safe and still feel perfect..

Let me make things perfectly clear. I DO NOT GAIN Anything.. I am not paid..and I do not work for them!! I am a small business owner... I work In social media and Public relations! I would never recommend or give advice on medical care or procedures. I would never want something to go wrong and that person be upset with me. Surgery is a big deal and especially going out of the states for. So I hope everyone does their own research. I will tell my story and tell everyone how much I love Dr Illan and Omar but I'd never make them feel that they should book with them them. (I'd only tell my family and close friends that lol) but never strangers! Plus without knowing someone's FULL medical history that is just stupid! I worked in the medical field before going into my own business so I know the risk and complications..surgery is not for everyone!! I be damn if I'm going to risk someone's life for $200!! And not to be negative but no dr in MX could pay me enough to be a coordinator. Most of them get paid per patient. I work to hard for just a couple hundred per "just maybe patients" and I love money way to much.. I don't have time for all that.. So take that however u want but trust me I'm not working with any dr trying to get patients. I will admit I did set up a private fb group for dr Illan but that was even before I decided to go to him! So again I'm going to say I'm done done done with this topic! I am now home feeling great and ready to start my new life! I wish everyone well.. But don't bring that drama to me I'm not the one.. I won't back down but I know when to walk away also. I think everyone on here is smart enough to read between the lines.. So this topic is closed...

Aww thanks.. And also ladies it might be a good idea to bring pads or tampons. I started my period the day I flew out!! (My luck) So luckily I was prepared. They let me keep my tampon on during surgery.

Really? Why do you keep following me to repeat this? Who cares? Dr Illan is a great dr either way.. Truth is if I wanted dr Kelly I Would have picked him.. However even before I decided dr Illan Dr Kelly was NEVER one I was considering.. I was going with either Garcia or Dr. jaime Ponce de leon. This is getting out of hand. I get you work for him but gosh come on.. I'm sure these people do research and pick their dr they want.. Not by who may or may not be assisting.

I'm not getting in details because its none of my business. However dr Illan used to work with dr Kelly..now he works on his own However it's not 100% true that just dr Kelly trained him and that dr Illan is only experienced with Dr Kelly. I don't get paid to promote either so I'm not saying another word on it. I will say I love dr Illan and very happy with the care I got. 5 other patients was there with us and choice dr Illan. He is growing his practice really fast. Him and Omar are a great team. I mean certain drs are price matching his price just to get business so umm yea.. :/ Dr Kelly assisted in my surgery but ill be honest I was not crazy about him. He was not friendly as the other Dr's IMO.

I feel great! The only issue I've had was when I woke up my throat was killing me and i had gas pains in my shoulder and chest. Now I can't even tell I had surgery. Lol

Hi! I'm in MX right now and from ATL. I had my surgery yesterday with Dr Illan. I love him! I couldn't have picked a better dr. He just started his own practice so he just charges 4,000 for now.

Hi everyone! Surgery was noon yesterday. So far so good. I do have a little uncomfortable pain in my chest. Nothing bad tho.

I have kept mine in airplane mode. That way I don't use data or minutes. Plus I didn't tell anyone but my household so I don't want to take any calls till I get home lol. Just make sure after you put in airplane mode you activate wifi

I have a iPhone and ipad so I have been able to talk to my kids and husband thru FaceTime and iMessage since they have iPods, iPads and iPhones.

I have some on my phone. However I haven't needed it.

Hey everyone! Me and my sleeve sister coexist23 (Jessica) are currently in flight. We land in a couple of more hours! Then we will meet our driver and head to Florence Hospital to meet Dr. Illan and Omar! We are having so much fun! Lol we met off VST but you would have thought we knew each other for ever!
