It's been 8 wks since my surgery and I'm down 42lbs and I feel great. I'm out walking most days and now thinking of joining a gym for the first time in years, wish me luck

I'm 5 days into my pre-op diet and its tough at times as like you have grazing tendencies but after reading your blog you have given me food for thought...literally anyway thank you, and once again you look amazing. -
