E all live cheese cake right? Well some of us do. Anyhow before surgery I discovered graham crackers spread with cream cheese is a good alternative to cheese cake.

Have done well in my journey to a better me. I have also inspired a man and his wife to get the gastric sleeve. He has recently had his surgery and now the wife awaits her referral to a surgeon. He looks great and had a better attitude now. I hope others are inspired by this.

So Many Views. So Few Comments?

As a single man I have to cook for myself. I do pretty good at time but there are those times I just don't want to. so I resort to resturants I was told by a friend that I could order from the kids menu if I told the waitress I had a baristric procedure. So I asked and thermite was something to be desired. So my tip Is to order something of protein and a side salad with the dressing on the side. Dip your fork I'm the dressing before putting it I to your salad. Hope this is a good tip for someone. -

Stop the insanity. There are better ways to get protein. Tuma chicken beans turkey beef Prepare to nut over a bed of baby spinach or your choice of greens. Nuts works great adds crunch to a salad and you eat less and chew more.
