I started stage 3 today. I had a scrambled egg. It took 1/2 hr. to eat but so far so good. Could not have eaten anymore if I wanted to. -

I will try that. The smell of yogurt is the main issue for me. I try to breathe out of my mouth and not nose but it still gets me lol

I thought i could suck it up for the protein, but I just gagged. I couldn't do it

I have tried and tried yogurt and i just can't like it. It just smells and tastes bad!

Anybody else having a terrible taste in the mouth and a fuzzy tongue? I'm not dehydrated, I'm getting in my liquids. It's gross and want it to go away.

I didn't take any pain meds but i do take 2 Tylenol PM to sleep and i was told i could swallow them one at a time with a few seconds in between without crushing. I also take my thyroid med without crushing.

Gas x strips work great for me. The rumbling is embarrassing.

I don't feel like I have gerd, just a gross tongue.

I blended it with the bullet to get rid of any chunks.

I was sleeved on the same day. I'm not really hungry, just head hunger. I just had 2 oz pudding and feel so stuffed! I'm hoping my sleeve isn't to small. I actually had to lay down i felt so sick.

I like the Campbells cream of shrimp.

I'm nine days out and it's much better now. I can even drink cold stuff. Better every day!

Ok, how long after surgery did you have a bowel movement. My surgery was 10/11 and nothing yet.

Not sure, but I feel like they are a life saver. The gurgling is annoying and embarrassing.

Hi, I'm one week out today and lost 8 lbs. I weighed myself everyday and was making myself crazy. I even got up in the middle if the night and jumped on the scale! I'm going to TRY to only do it weekly from now on.

I was sleeved on Oct. 11th and have no appetite. It hard to even ingest what I'm supposed to.

The gurgling is the worst part of this while thing ... For me anyway. Gas X strips really help.
