I have UHC and plan to do a revision from lapband to sleeve. I am hoping for a fast approval. Anyone got a fast approval from UHC? I am certain my Dr will not make me go through everything again as we have already discussed. -
Anyone use the sauna? My gym has a dry and wet sauna and I use them a lot. I can't imagine there would be any issues with post -op--other than watch your heart rate, of course. I find the sauna helps rid my tissues of medicines, chemicals, etc,

Anyone younger can't truly appreciate how hard it is to lose weight at my age. And I don't think of myself as being all that old--just a little tired and out of shape:)
